They are Tokyo-jihen, the vocal is Shiina Ringo. To be honest, I don't hear their music regularly. But the moment I watched and heard this, I though that "How nice song!! And She is so beautiful!!" While I watch this I could be cheerful. Because her rhythmical steps which dance to the music are so great! You think so too, don't you!? Finally, I prepared another version here.
