Restart from here!! ~Ii came over to us!~

I'm going to restart this blog here, and make it my habit.
It's good for me indeed.

Speaking honest, I'm NOT good at English though, I'm long for Study abroad to Australia.
Then I'll study harder than I had done so far. This is my big decision these days.

Well by the way,
last weekend(April 3 to 4), my family and I had an exchange student from China.
She is Ko ii(胡維偉), 20 years old. She likes to cook, walk, nature and talking!
Her Japanese is not so fluency, but we all enjoyed talking with her, especially my mom! ha*
My mom said "She is so cute! She remains me the days I have just came to Japan."
Their talking in funny Japanese made my dad and I get laugh!

The first day, Ii and I cooked together. In the evening, she prepared baguettes and I helped her. After that, I prepared Anko and pumpkin jam to be inside 蛋黄酥(dan huang su). This is her favorite Chinese sweets, kind of a bun which has red beans jam inside. Originally, it need not pumpkin but salty yolkes. But that is not sold in Japan, so I tried to make the pretence by pumpkin and just salt! Both jams ware so good! Also I prepared Niku-jyaga. Because she said she wants to try many kind of Japanese traditional food, that's why I chose one for dinner.

While the baguettes' fermentation in Kotatsu, we walked around neighborhood. We played swing in Ohzu-South elementary school, and went to see cherry blossoms and Shirakawa. She took many pictures with me.

The more going home, the more it was getting dark around. Touching the sourdough, she said "It might be too fermented, haha. But it's OK!" Then we made them shaped like baguettes and baked them. During that, we made the bun's dough. The ingredients are only flour, butter, salt and water. The process were just like scorn's one, I though. She said that it is important to make many layers after it will be baked! So that I shaped and wrapped it carefully around the two kind of jams. It was so difficult, because the buns ware little dried. At last, I pasted law york and put sesame on them.

We were so happy when baguettes and buns were baked up fine quality! They all looks good, and smell sweet! While we made them coll down, had a rich dinner! I served her Nikujyaga, brown rice, Tofu-cheese, pumpkin jam and peanuts Tofu with Wasabi! She didn't like Wasabi, but she looked it her favorite! That was yummy yummy dinner!

Next morning, my parents and we went to see the biggest cherry blossoms named Isshingyou. We enjoyed watching it, and branch shops! After that, we went to Shirakawa-suigen, then had a lunch there. My dad and Ii ordered dagojiru. My mom ordered Zaru-soba, and I ordered Kamaage-udon. They were all tasty! I though the reason why must come from the high quality water of Aso.

Around 5 o'clock pm, we took off her front of KGU dormitory. She gave us so hart-warming words in Japanese. moreover, she gave us a souvenir from China, and Yuzu-gosyou she bought in Aso. She told my mom "You said you like it, didn't you?" We were moved by her kindness. She promised to come again to Ohzu by herself. We told "Any time! Your study will have been improving! Good luck."

It was first time for us, to be a host family. So I wandered if she will doesn't enjoy with us at first. But we had so valuable days thanks to her. I want her to spend a meaningful life for this one year. I'm glad to get new good friend♪
