BR-2; Biffer is the strongest!!

~Intro~
Hello! It has been a long time. Today, I'll introduce a book, named "The billy Goats Gruff". I chose this to read because I thought that it may a story which I have read before, in Japanese the past. How I long to read again!" And the book cover is so charming. Therefore, I picked up this.
Well, the interesting point is what each billy goats(they are brothers) have a characteristic character. Because each they variously reacted to Troll to survive. The very scene are interesting!
~Story~
*Opening
Once upon a time, tree goats were living on farm. They were brothers. Beanie was the youngest, Bertie was the middle, and Biffer was the oldest. One winter, there was very little food on the farm. Then they decided to move to Juicy Fields. Biffer said "No one lives there. So we'll get plenty of food. We have just have to across the Rushing River."
*Middle
They came up to nearby the river through forest. First, Beatie tried to across a bridge. When he approached the middle, suddenly a large, green hand smashed wooden planks and grabbed Beanie's leg! "Who's that going over my bridge? I'll coming to gobble you up!!" The green troll appeared and said with terrible voice. Beatie cried, and said "I'm only a little goat. My big brother is coming behind me." Them troll allowed Beatie to get off his bridge safely. Shaking with fear, Beatie hide in some bushes.
Next, when Bertie approached the middle on the bridge, troll appeared again and roared "I'm hungry. I'll coming to gobble you up!! You'll make a very tasty meal!" "Stop!" Bertie also cried, and said quickly "I'm only a medium size billy goat. My brother is coming behind me. He's much fatter." Then troll replied "Humph...I' ll wait for the fattest one then." Bertie could survive and across the bridge, too. Beatie and Bertie hid together in nearby some bushes.
*Climax
Finaly, Biffer came up there. He spotted his brothers on the other side of the river. Beanie and Bertie leaped out, and shouted "Stop Biffer! there's a troll under the bridge!!" But it was too late. Biffer was already crossing. By this time, the troll was starving. "Who's that stomping over my bridge?" he roared. But Biffer stood his ground. he said "I'm an enormous billy goat, and I'm ready for a fight!" Biffer caught the troll on his horns. Then, with a toss of his head, Biffer whacked him into the river with an enormous SPLASH! He sank under the water. Beatie and Bertie couldn't believe it.
*Ending
Just then, a stream of animals came out of the forest, and skipped across the bridge. A rabbit said "We've been trapped in the forest for years, because of the troll. Now, at last, we're free!!" And they lived happily ever after.
~Feeling~
I recommend this book, because it's easy to read and have a lot of cute illustrations. as I read it, I thought that "It's important to be calm down when we meet with an accident, just like Biffer." Beatie and Bertie were only small goats, but I hope they'll grow up braver like Biffer! And I want to read this again someday. See you again!!
