Diary 1-01: Welcome party

I arrived to dormitory so early that I helped female students cooking in the kitchen. Canapes, green curry, sweet beans soup, Chijimi, donuts... many kind of multi-cultural foods were lined up on tables. They all looked nice!! So all of students looked they can't wait starting to eat.

After a great themselves introduction, we started drinking, eating and talking with them!! I look around there to find new students who have their name plate. Because I wanted to make my new friends a lot.

Achrey, he come from Melbourne. I talked with him first, then I asked him about Great Ocean rode. Because I'm long for there!! He told that he visit there many times. I envy him!! I want to know more about Australia from him.

Next, I talked with Sho and Pham, they come from china and Vietnam. Sho seemed still nervous a little. But she became friendly at last, as talking with us. Pham is so good at Japanese!! I know it's difficult to get Japanese though, she spoke clear Japanese. And her hand-made salad was so good. I want to cook with her sometime; Actually, I got a opportunity to see her as her tutor 2 or 3 times every week.

At last, I talked with Johjina who come from Canada. She is so cute, and looks Angela Aki exactly!! Surprisingly, She knows one Japanese TV drama that is my resent favorite. The title is "Zenigeba（銭ゲバ）", don't you know? She said she likes that, too. So we did a maniac conversation for a while. That was excited!!

After finished eating, we took some pictures all together. Mio, Nozomi and I went home rather early, but we got many friends!! I had a good time.

Essay 1-01: Who am I???

Hello, my name is Emiri Fujimoto, Kumamoto Gakuen University student. I'm turning 21 years old. Our new third spring semester has just started. So I'm newly third-year student in Eibei course.
I have too much hobbies. They are Basketball, cooking, taking a walk, reading, music and travel! They are almost my routine except basketball and travel. In this year, I hope I'll always keep blogging, too. Also I want to challenge to read English books more difficult for book review. So I'll make myself busier by study and what I have to do. I'll live a full life!!

Diary 2-21: From Merry land in America

Hello guys. Now I'm with my host family in Merry land!!
Yesterday, Narumi and I arrived at Merry land at almost 4:00 pm. Our host families waited for us and exchanged first greetings each other. That was the first time they met me though, they gave me a hug with warm smiling. I was so glad.

My host family is Jane(mom), Ted(dad), Reisa(daughter) and Teddy(son)!! They are all kind to me. I can't say thank them enough every time. I wanna get to talk with them well in English.

This morning, I had breakfast while talking with Jane. She relieved me. I'm looking forward what happen today!!

Dialy 2-21; The Greatest Day!!

January 11, I reached a coming-of-age day!! The ceremony was held in Bunka-hall in Ohzu.

AM 10:00, I started to dress up in a dressing room that I previously had made a reservation. My Kimono's color is sea blue. Comparatively speaking, a lot of women choose red one or pink one. I also like them, but I chose other one, because I wanted to show my individuality. It finished at just noon.

Before the ceremony starts, I went home to have a lunch, and to show my figure to my family and neighborhood. They all said "How beautiful!", besides my grandma said "I want to kiss you." I was surprised and laughed at. Then they and I took many pictures front of gate. I was glad to show me to them, because they looked like so happy!

The ceremony started at PM 1:30. As soon as I arrived the hall, I met a lot of my old friend since junior high school days in succession. Whenever that, we shouted "How!! How have you beeeeeeeeen!?" or sometimes "Who are you!?" with laughing. It was so funny that some friends so changed their looks, another friends haven't changed their looks at all. Any way, I was really moved to see all of them.

Also while the ceremony, I saw some dear old persons. They were teachers when I was in 3 age of Ohzu junior high school. Suddenly they appeared on the stage, and encouraged us in turn. Moreover, pictures of memories of our junior high school days were displayed on screen!! Everyone said "I had not hear!" "Stop it!!" "Yabaitte!!" While the show, we couldn't stop laughing at. But after that, I almost cried about the dear memories.

We kept taking away a lot of pictures with a lot of friends, as soon as the ceremony finished. In the way to go home, I told my parents that I was sooooooo surprised at my old friend's beautiful changing, and so on.

We arrived home, then I had to be hurry to take off Kimono!! And I have to have a bath, and change my clothes!! Because we had a plan to dig up our time capsule that we buried when we were primary school, from 4:30 pm. Besides, from 7:00 pm, there was an alumni association of Ohzu junior high school!! Hurry up hurry up hurry......Well, to be continue. This sequel is next post!! See ya!!

Diary 2-20; The new year's resolution

Happy new year guys!!
In 2009, please get along with me as always.

Well, what did you do in last holidays? I guess you had a good time such as Xmas party, Dousoukai, Bounenkai, Hatsumoude end so on. Of course, I enjoyed them, too.

January second, my parents and I went to Hatsumoude to Suizenji temple; Because my mother had a job in even January first. What we do there is the same every year.

First, we go to toilet as soon as we arrive!!
Next, we threw some money toward Saisen-Box, and pray our happiness.
Third, we do Omikuji. My mother love it so much, that she always try to pick up even my sister's one, her brother's one etc. So my father and I let her stop it with laughing as always. Because, you know, it's non sense!!

Hum.... I get be heat up about study!! I believe the suggestion, I try to study hard to achieve my goal!!

One more thing, useful license proves person's talent, and lets the employer give us many job than others. So I want some licenses related my dream in this year.

Because I want to get my typical job. And I want to be a relative worker in the work place. Besides, we must prepare a employment activity in 4th grade as hurry as we can; from now, is best.

Therefore, 2009's resolution is to get something licence!! And study hard!!
